By incorporating the beauty of his brain into a magazine "Dhanak", Sarwar Sukhera entered into the domain of journalism way back in the 70’s. He introduced the best human as well as writing material to the journalism. He conceived, edited and published the magazine throughout the decade. That magazine was turned out to be quite a trend setter. Later he produced a movie titled Lal Aandhi. He worked as the Press Secretary of Pakistans First lady Prime Minister Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto during her first tenure. Later, he was appointed as the editor of the daily Musawat. He shifted to the USA in 1990’s to provide for the family. He moved back home in November of 2002 and got indulged in writing columns which were published in National Dailies such as Nawa- i- Waqt, Jang, Jinnah and Dunya. He also wrote a few columns in The Daily Times, The Nation and The Post. He has lived abroad for most of his adult life.
